Hello, we’re happy to have you as part of the JournalJuice club. Since this is a digital download, we want to be upfront and honest about our refund policy.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is made, the files will be immediately available to you for download, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we totally understand that things don’t always go as planned! If you experience any issues with your order—such as trouble accessing the files, incorrect downloads, or anything else that doesn't meet your expectations—please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll do our best to make things right.
